Kate Marshall Garden Designs
In 2005 Kate Marshall was awarded the prestigious status of Member of the Society of Garden Designers. After a management role in insurance she decided on a more creative career and retrained as a Garden Designer, studying a BSc in Landscape and Garden Design at Writtle College. Kate was able to indulge her love of design, passion for plants and use her previous MA in archaeology, during which she acquired the drawing and surveying skills she relies on now.
Throughout this rewarding and fascinating career of landscape and garden design, Kate has created a wide variety of commercial and domestic landscapes. They range from natural ponds to formal water features, vast wild flower meadows to tiny cottage gardens; contemporary courtyards to traditional Georgian town gardens.
